芦荟大黄素的药理作用研究进展

摘要:

芦荟大黄素(aloe-emodin)是从芦荟、大黄及决明子等传统中药中提取的一种蒽醌类生物活性成分,具有心血管保护、保肝、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、皮肤调理、免疫调节及泻下等药理作用,因此其引起国内外学者的广泛关注。本文对芦荟大黄素药理作用的研究进行综述,以期为该活性成分的深入研究和开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:

Aloe- emodin( AE),a natural biologically active ingredient of anthraquinone,is mainly derived from Aloe,Rhubarb,Cassia. In recent years,AE has attracted much attention due to its various effects such as cardiovascular protection, hepatoprotective activities, anti-tumor,antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, anti- inflammatory, skin conditioning,immune regulation,laxative. The current article reviews the research progress on pharmacokinetic characteristics,potential toxicity,and pharmacological effects of AE and provides theoretical evidences for research and development of AE.
